Lend a hand: Ways to help in Anaheim

Joe Search and Rescue is seeking the following items: a van with seating for eight to transport search-and-rescue equipment and volunteer members; a Waterman inflatable rescue sled; an extreme SAR drysuit; a swiftwater Fury/SAR life vest; five personal floatation devices; waterproof radios; a basic life-support medical kit; a rope; and funding for swift-water training, which costs $475 per person for up to five people.
